MicroRNA Finder

Use MicroRNA Finder to search homologous microRNAs in different databases such as miRBase1 and Agharbaoui et al (2015)2. MicroRNA Finder is not species-specific tool. It accepts microRNAs and smallRNAs sequences from other species.







BLAST 3 is used with default parameters.
